yeah was a real hard fight to score imo , i guess they went with the aggressor over the counter puncher, plus the home crowd were certainly a huge help for Kessler :)

Well, they count the hits, not really "going with the aggressor over the counter puncher". Of course the "home" crowd helped Kessler and yes it was a great fight.
the Romanian stream lacked stats but i dont think there would be a vast difference in total punches landed between the 2 of them on any given round , and often judges tend to favour a come forward fighter over the counter puncher if its an even fight.
