i think u mean ger so, as i said and everbody knows, they are a "cup team" they only play good in important matches they really suck in unimportant things, but look at the "stats"

wc '90= won
ec ' 92= 2nd place
wc '94 = dont remember was too young!
ec '96 =won it
wc '98 actually i dont remember think didn't went that good, maybe last 16 or smth
ec '00= out in groupstage
wc '02 = ger in final vs brasil
ec '04 went shit as i remember, went out in group stage
wc '06 half final vs italy, pretty unlucky loss
ec '08 final vs spain
