he's a real greasy pig. i once had 5 players chase me from the legion base to the hellbourne jungle and only taking like 1/3 of my hp and mana (they had a ton of slows and stuns). purge, absorption, shrunken, electric shield. almost immortal and really fast.
that build is kinda fucked up. i go bracelet, plated boots and rush sac stone, then shrunken.
its not like you need the +10 speed that much..
besides that steamboots give u hp and dmg u dont need the dmg that much but still...but i will try plated once

part of sac stone give you that as well. and getting sac stone early is best so you can start getting charges from ganks.
