TV problem

Well i got this weird problem with my Samsung 38" HDTV it keeps "vid restarting" every like 1 min, this started when i changed HDMI cable to the ps3 to another one, now i got the old cable back but its still "vid restarting"... dunno how to fix this, dosnt matter which channel im on (scart,dvd,hdmi,ants war)

Hope someone can help me fixin this prob...
