NEW TO ET

Hey guys ,

Im bored and decided to install et via the ultimate installer here on crossfire.
Now i started the game and wanted to join a server but i get an error msg.

Im using windows vista can any1 help me ?

THIS IS THE ERROR msg
game code (ui_mp_x86.dll) failed pure server check

run it as admin and it will work

no , cant run it decent on my pc + no teams to play for cuz im so uber laggy

Run it as Admin or run it as XP

Definitely a case of hard drive data loss. Go to an expert shop and buy a 50kg magnet, then run it over the HDD a few times. Don't miss those corners! You have to magnet the whole HDD, then the error will disappear.
