annoying lag !?!?

so i got this annoying lag coming out of nowhere ?
- when it starts my ping is popping around 150-500
- when i stop moving lag stops sometimes, or it pops a lillabit down :-) usually not
- even if im pinging 999 i can see other players moving and I can spec them normally i just cant move or do anything
- its fucking annoying, did I say that already?
- i got no warez on
- nobody is using my wlan ( i dont use it either )
ANY IDEAS how to fix this ?

it happens when my internet is about to lag out.
you know how to fix that eh ?
in soviet russia the drugs eat you, they should do that shit in czech republic too
well, try to change your router, it could help
