I don't see point of this, use the one what fits you the best... If you like shoot people in close range, use bigger, if you want nice long range aim, use smaller... It's just all about your own opinion since, well for example mAus is good close and long range, and he uses small? wiesiek is also awesome in close & long range and uses big. All just personal preference. :)

i was 0/105 my aim kept getting worse every day so changed back

Seriously fov 100 is the best fov, don't need to switch fov and gives a good feeling to it, not too fast not too slow
