EuroCup XVII announced!

It's that time of the year again, the moment you have all been waiting for, the chance to play some of the best players in Europe in nearly any current game of your choice. I bring you the Spring 2008 Cup Season. The full list of both the OpenCups as well as the select few EuroCups are in the remainder of this article.

Season XVII schedule:

24 February - Signups open
9 March - Signups close
16 March - EC Invite night on IRC!
17 March - EC qualifiers scheduled
20 March - EC qualifier week
20 March - OC groups online
31 March - First matchweek
29 June - All cups finished

This season we are proud to announce ten exclusive EuroCups and no less than 75 OpenCups across 25 games!

The cup signups open TODAY and will close on Sunday 9 March at 23:59 CET. Following that, the regular season will commence on Monday 31 March and will run over the course of the next three months and be completed by the end of June.
Details of final prizes are currently being finalised - we expect to have more details next week.

The OpenCup kicks off with a group league phase, where you the participant fight to proceed to the playoff finals phase, featuring a race to the next round for each team leading up to the final moment!

As with all our seasons you can expect to see a well organised competition provided by our Cup Supervisors, who work to constantly ensure the smooth running of the Cup, and a Cup with bigger and better coverage delivered by our Coverage Supervisors, making each moment something you'll not forget!

You cannot play in 2 clans at the same time. Nor can you leave a clan and join one in lower division than the one you where in.

TKB mid-season back in 2005, and I couldn't play with them, because I had played in premier 2 seasons before that. If I had joined them before the cup started, I could easily had played with them.
