The Championship Gaming series UK & European combine is underway at Omega Sektor in Birmingham. The tournament has drawn the worlds best in CS:Source, DOA, FIFA & Forza however for Crossfire our eyes are glued to both the CoD4 tournament and Crossfire favourite feruS who is hottly tipped to get drafted into either of the CS:Source teams!
The tournaments are just about to start and the seeds have trickled out though they're a little sketchy at the moment. We have confirmation that Fnatic are seeded 1st & Dignitas are seeded second, with Wizzards (aka blacksouls) third and then L3 in fourth. There are 15 teams in total, with another notable name being Reason Gaming. There is unfortunately no streaming of the tournament.
feruS watch has begun with the Swede giving his best interview yet which will be uploaded to TheCGS.com this weekend which will fuel the fire that is the tug of war between the Berlin Allianz and Stockholm Magnetik both of whom will want to pick up the player who has just turned 18 and thus old enough to play in the CGS. The prize is a full contract for him to the team and he will compete both locally and live on DirecTV in LA later this summer.
We'll be keeping you updated with the results as soon as they become available, though the tournament isnt due to start for a little while.
Update
FeruS has played and won his first game with the Stockholm Magnetik though it is expected he may be picked up by Berlin for a challenge match also.

LB Final:

A city gets picked to build up a team and then can pick players to play for them ?
Do the players have any say in this ?
for that reason it's a TEAM, let's say mAus was the star of old-TLR, but he needed clown to repair tank, me to give him ammo to let him kill. In a good team all players are "the star" ^^
aehm was the ferus hype big like mystic or maus these days ?
and why was he so hyped ?
