CIC7 QL Seedings & Format

With only 3 days left until the start of CIC7, we would like to announce some more details on the Quake Live community cup. These are the seedings for the CIC7 QL tournament:

We will hold a 16-player Double Elimination system without groupstages.
The format will be best-of-three for all matches. The final will be the winner of the winners-bracket versus the winner of the losers-bracket, in which the latter player will have to win a best-of-three match twice. We will be following the basics of the IEM ruleset. The map list will be dm6, dm13, t7, t9, ztn.

seedings look good as far as the etplayers go, never heared of revoltz and dallow but guess they are decent :o

revoltz could even be better than butchji, so not the worst players at all

quite some time ago we played QL, but yeah, if he have continued playing QL occasionally he should end up on top 1 or 2 depending if superme is who I think it is or not.

I've been covering the entire IEM season, but since I'm adminning CIC7 I can't watch the finals and do coverage on it. It would be a damn shame if we hadn't gotten that on crossfire.

Welcome to my LCD world! :(

I use 120fps, so make sure vsync is off with r_swapinterval 0 else you get a crap load of lag, and make sure your refresh rate is on 75hz. There is probably not much else you can do apart from putting up with it and trying to adjust, thats TFTs for you.
