Preview of the Upper Bracket Round 2 and Lower Bracket Round 1 games which will take place this Sunday, the 27th of February.
Upper Bracket Round 2
Netherlands versus Germany
Tonight, at 22:00 CET, the Netherlands will face Germany in a match which will determine who will progress to the third round of the Upper Bracket and face the victor of the Belgium-Estonia match. The loser will drop down to the Lower Bracket and face the victor of the Canada-Czech Republic match.
Last week the Netherlands beat the Czech Republic and Germany beat Canada after a deciding map.
Finland versus France
At the same time as the match mentioned above, Finland will face France. The winner will play against the victor of the Poland-UK match while the loser will face the Portugal-Austria winner.
Last week Finland beat Portugal while France beat Austria.
Lower Bracket Round 1
Czech Republic versus Canada
Tonight, at 21:00 CET, the Czech Republic will face Canada; the loser will drop out and leave this season of NationsCup XIV while the winner will face the loser of the Netherlands-Germany match.
Last week the Czech Republic was defeated by the Netherlands while Canada lost to Germany.
Portugal versus Austria
The Portugal-Austria match will take place at 22:30 CET tonight as the winner will face the loser of the Finland-France match. The team which loses tonight will drop out and leave this season of NationsCup XIV.
Last week Portugal was defeated by Finland and Austria by France.
