There are only 4 teams left in the 
Clanbase NationsCup XVI, and the two games being played this weekend will lower that number down to 3.
First, we will see
Sweden and 
Germany face off in the Lower Bracket Round 5. The winning team will advance to the LB Final, while the other team's NC journey will unfortunately be over.
The second match taking place is the Upper Bracket Final between
United Kingdom and 
Poland. This game will decide which of these two teams will play in the Grand Final of this NC season!
