Snatch2 - Competition Version

Mortis has been hard at work in his mapscript workshop breathing life into a map that has great potential, but needs some work before it's perfect: Snatch2. Last week, he released the bugfix version, but this week comes the first stab at re-engineering the map for competition. This script is designed for use under etpro, although newer etpub versions might be able to handle it. The script does not work on clients, only on servers!

Summary of changes:

All MG nests removed
All truck barriers removed (making it parts-truck-wall-escape or wall-parts-truck-escape)
Removed bridge / bridge build points
More autospawn tweakage (irrelevant to comp)
Allied - Axis spawntimes set to 20/30 instead of 15/30
Map time reduced from 20mins to 15 mins (reduced to accomodate removed barriers)
Began process to remove health/ammo cabs (not sure how many to keep remove)
CP spawns fixed
Autospawns fixed

Future changes:

remove some/all health cabinets?
remove some teamdoors to speed Axis travel times?
make truck easier to damage?

Mortis need feedback on where to go from here...maybe the next supplydepot is in the works?

New Snatch2 bugfix script

A map with great potential, yet a map with some gaping holes, Mortis has plyed his trade to Snatch 2 to fix the bugs and aid the maps development!

This is beta script that still needs testing in the real world. This one was an exercise in fugly script mangling. Report bugs to Mortiss. This script is working for him, but feedback is needed!

- Corrected autospawns
- Corrected endgame wait states
- Removed bad TWO and spawns at CP
- Created correctly working TWO and spawns at CP
- Made a new autospawn system
- Added wm_announcements for CP spawn activity

Updated ETpro bugfix mapscripts

Mortis has released bugfix mapscripts for fueldump, braundorf_b4 and HoG_b4 to add to his collection. The bugfixes deal with a variety of map bugs and exploits through the game:
