Idle ET squad joins Dignitas

Today Team Dignitas are proud to unveil our new Enemy Territory team. Our new team is joining us from their former home Estonia idle.ee with whom they have been undefeated for almost as long as anyone remember. They are the reigning Quakecon and Eurocup champions and are waiting in the championship finals in the current Eurocup.

Enemy Territory was a big part of Team Dignitas when we started and it has always been something we have wanted to get back in since our old legendary team stopped playing. Enemy Territory has a great community and we will continue our support for the so called "smaller games", expect more big news coming very, very soon.

Lineup:

Estonia Night
Estonia r3vers
Estonia Reload
Germany urtier
Slovenia Jakazc
Germany senji

Quote by NightWe are really glad to be a part of dignitas. We've been looking for a new home for quite some time already and I think that we've finally found a team that can support us properly. Playing for dignitas is an honour for us and we will do everything we can to represent the clan the way it should be done. We are looking forward to attending the upcoming events, such as SHG-open and CPC2 lan, under the name of Team-dignitas.

You will be able to see the team in action at the Crossfire Prizefight Challenge 2 event as well as the SHGOpen event together with team mates from our Counter-strike, Call of Duty 2 and Battlefield squads.

Crow previews EC Semis

Ireland Liam 'Crow' Crowley of Gotfrag.com has previewed the Clanbase Eurocup Call of Duty semi finals. The semis feature three British teams and one dutch and have been reduced to a single elimination format, so every round counts!

QuoteRound 1 of the playoffs threw up few surprises as both Czech teams were eliminated and both United Kingdom Team Dignitas and Netherlands digitalMind progressed. Joining them in the semi finals will be two UK sides who have looked in top form this EuroCup, United Kingdom PCPoint and the new United Kingdom Reason Gaming team. PCPoint took a forfeit win against the French side Webone, who were unable to field 5 players, and Reason took down the erratic Copenhagen-Esport team in a bizarre match on Dawnville. Despite taking 7 rounds on Allies, the Danish side were unable to stand up to a strong Reason offensive and crumbled under pressure to lose the match 13-11.

Its tense times in the Clanbase Eurocup, and although neither match is scheduled you can bet the pressure is playing on the mind of the teams involved. For the PCPoint and Reason its a chance to clock up a prestigious award on their belt, for Dignitas its the chance to avenge last seasons Silver and dM will be looking to prove their own point!
