After a lot of nice 6on6 achievements, thrilling matches and a brilliant time - Team HighBot must also switch lanes to a 5v5 future.

Following on from extensive discussions with the Clanbase Admin doneX , clans like the Swedish Power House Noll8 & zP it´s also time for HighBot to play 5on5. From this day, we will practice for the upcoming EuroCup IX, the PGA.Lan and of course the CPC.2 (Crossfire Lan 2).

Unfortunatly it is time for HighBot to make some lineup changes to accomodate this, so Ludwig "haZer" B. & Andreas "FlixX" S. will leave the team due to their lack of LAN activity. So it´s time to present a oldschool face in the HighBot Lineup, named Daniel "jiGGy" S. who will take the 5th spot in our main lineup.

Murso was originally created already over 2 years ago in 2004. Firstly #murso was just a small community channel which consisted of friends who were playing some games together for fun. The clans first game was naturally ET, like it is today, but we've also played CS:S and TM:N in few cups and ladders. Before mostly all members of this clan had another 6on6 clans also for playing bit more seriously, but now when sFx LAN folded and sFx evil was also dying we decided to gather our forces and start to play seriously with #murso, next EC as our main goal. All of our current players have been part of this clan already since '04 or '05 so we all know each others very well, which should be an advantage.

Crossfire is extremely grateful to have been asked to run the European qualifiers for the upcoming PGA DigitalArena ET tournament and as such is happy to announce the format for the qualifiers.

The qualifier tournament will be run over the evenings of the 25th & 26th of October in a double elimination bracket. The size of the bracket will be determined by the size of the signups. The bracket will be partially seeded and entry to the qualifiers will cost 10 Euros per team entry (hit readmore for payment details)

The Qualifiers will use the Crossfire 5on5 config, unless the pending Clanbase 5on5 config is released in time. The maps for the qualifiers will be - Radar, sw_Goldrush, Frostbite, SupplyDepot2 & Adlernest. Teams placed first and second will qualify for the LAN tournament, should a team need replacing it will be done in the placement of teams (i.e. 3rd)
