Should kenta be banned?

With people generally agreeing that kenta is cheating, the only question left is should he be banned or not. Despite what some call 'very obvious' proof, or even 'most obvious thing since allu', it is no punkbuster screenshot or kick.

You can't ban him just from some demos, you've never done so before, unless it's been a clear WH, I haven't seen any clear proofs in this case except some avi's, which could be luck, but certainly isn't..

But as long as something COULD be done without cheats, it would be unfair to ban him.

actually he wasnt banned because of the game itself, he was banned because he admitted after the match that he used cheats and that's why we got kicked from tofour cup. the worst thing there is that he actually WASN'T banned at that time, he got banned earlier this year, and toFOUR Cup was played in september 2005.

Well pro5-style is kinda dif. case because shy and keran ( if i remember exactly ) got kicked by PB with some public hack prolly.So CB had solid-proof.
But kenta isnt kinda busted yet because in CB-admins eyes these avi's arent enough proof.Which is kinda stupid because this aimbot is so obvious , this kenta guy makes me laugh actually , and his clanmembers also if they keep playing with him.
