as you might know, some website, which is known for repeatively and epically failing has yet again promised 1k$ for the one responsible for such devastating action.

I know after the last two 'busts' that if ever I want to buy a hack and feel safe using it I will go to NetCoders. It seems as though they are really tight security wise and the identities of their customers are well protected. NetCoders seem like a very sound investment.

1300 names in unmatched list.. if its about 50e for a hack it makes 65000e, probably its even more than that(plus all other cheat-sellers, not bad for making/selling hacks. No wonder they are fighting over this, bad reputation gives less money and its a good profit really. Other hand they should understand that competitive gaming community must fight against cheaters and try to reveal them, they still have plenty of customers paying even if something like this happens. Yeah well, what they did was completely legal, trying to rid the game of cheaters. Only, hacking a website isn't legal ;-) So nC could sue for that, but like you said, it costs way too much paying lawyers (and maybe even court procedure bills if they lose), so obviously they won't sue, I knew that with the first Fusengate aswell, but I just find it pathetic that if they threaten, then they should at least do it rightly: they know where their costumers are from, I assume, so they can see that there's a lot of European customers, the least they could do is give out a reward of 1000 Euros instead of USD.
But hey, who cares anyway? Cheaters never win =)

Extremely funny, cheaters whining about getting hacked :D Even if they would track down the person who stole their info, they wouldn't stand a chance in court. Every judge would laugh at them since they sell ethically highly questionable products. They probably would tell the person who got acquired the info: "don't do it again son or you will have to help out old people for almost a week."

I think that in EST / RUS incident was different reasons not to find guilty ones, not the unwillingness to do something :) just as most LAT / RUS incidents passes away quietly.

Besides, it's pretty much possible to sue XF for breaking into nC database and stealing sensitive (in some way) information (and afaik creating cheats for games isn't forbidden in any country, which means, that this sensitive data is pretty much like stealing account information from bank). I mean come on - it's easy as to piss on two fingers - how many times I've heard that even in our Banana republic starts serious investigations on some random and attention not worthy small crimes like racial comments over internet. Although that is a different story, but still it's now possible to sue anyone for anything (it _could_ be even possible to sue any of you who would quote my comment without my permission. Atleast in USA.)
