there might be movie makers with more experience (mAx) or better quality (ag0n10testclipsperweek - why the fuck is he in this poll?) but fredd really understands something many others do not
his movies create atmosphere. he managed to make something as ugly as warcraft3 into an amazingly beautiful highlight clip and his trailers do something which i haven't seen on this website for a long time: make me actually WANT to see the full movie
To elaborate would best be saved for a full column or article so I will not do it here.

calling this clip amazingly beautiful is a huge exagaration
the ones of 400hz were really good, always enjoyed to watch them.
same goes for mAx and MTM.
still I think there are some that should have been mentioned above as an option, Nonix gets in my mind there.

But seriously, 400hz shouldn´t be there, Superboyy should. Can´t state the best though, everyone has something good and nobody is clearly over the others.

i don't know how you can even consider putting someone like 400hz/ag0n up there. what people need to realize that anyone with half a brain can create a 'decent' movie as in chose a random soundtrack and synchronize frags to beats (although a certain group of german kids is trying very hard to prove me wrong here). This is nothing special and takes no creative approach etc. Now this is nothing negative against those moviemakers, the movies are nice to watch and serve their purpose.
I admire people who can create a whole atmosphere in their movie, not just by adding a shoutcast but matching audio and visual effects perfectly. Atmosphere is something that is built up subcontiously, if done well viewers will feel it, without the necessity for special effects or crazy color play. Often very simple but fitting effects are already enough. An example for a movie like that: http://www.crossfire.nu/?x=movie&mode=item&id=319
but overall, shewie's movies were the best i have ever seen...really loved them, and he has some nice ideas

And nothing againts ag0n but why you put him on the list? Because he made a 1,5 minutes long clip that was all about the quality or did I miss his projects?
