Requirements:

Speak dutch and alot.
Have a mic.
Use the mic.
Good aim & teamplay.
Good clan history.
Lots off experience.
Active from Sunday to Thursday @ 20.00 CET.
Social.

I prefer getting better by holding one stable line-up with a good balance in the team. And getting better by practicing.
