40 if you like peoples whine, after many "ur an idiot" during a match change it to 41 - tested a lot of times, works great.

One more thing - the same with rate, 15000, after whine change it to 15001 :P. Probably opponent will kick you from the server, but who cares... Their whine is worth it!

yes , i agree. You won't notice the difference when you have 100 - 60 maxpackets. Than from 60 -30 you are unhitable :D
Some laggers with ping 150 take 40-30 maxpackets -> ping ( laggers ) + 40- 30 packets unhitable ass...
