Its a tuturail in swedish tho, but.. Well i that deletes every uneeded process, installes lates directX, boosts XP, defragments, deletes uneeded junk from your registry, incresses your XP security and cleans the IP config.
well that is what it says in the swedish explonation under, and it only works if you have xp.

Scan for virusses and spyware
Check if the cooler isnt filled with dust
