Most serious teams, use vent, because of the quicker responce, hence the better teamwork..

not quicker response but TS lowers the sound quality, on vent the sound is clearer and more understandible - thats important especially when playing with multinational team

Where does people get that, I said 'med+'? I said, I'am looking for med - med+ skillers, which doesn't mean I'm med+ myself. For you to know I'm med skilled. And if you thought your pro in pub, good for you.
