PB Problem HELP!

few weeks ago my ET start to crash every map after playing 20-30 mins. Now since 3 days it crashes even by starting ET and get this error message.

If I delete pbcl.dll ET works again, but I can´t enable Punkbuster anymore.

I try to update ET with the pbsetup.exe, but with the new pbcl.dll file can´t start ET again.

I try to reinstall et and some other things, but nothink helps.


Maybe you can help me?!

you have an autoexec.cfg? if so, i know the problem :D

change name of autoexec.cfg to kurdt.cfg or delete it whole and past the cvars in a new noteblok file orso, delete cg_gun_frame alsou out of your cvarlist, if the map changes and cg_gun_frame is 1 or more, it makes your ET crash ;D

in my atoexec I have allready at "0", it must be in the etconfig, right?

edit: in my etcofig it also at "0"... so it could be the problem?!?!?

gun frame crashed your et if it's not turned off after round, going in server and just spec'ing anyone and having frame 1, it autocrashed, so fix is just zero it. :>

It can be 0 in cfg, but it saved in somewhere, I removed mine and unbinded/cvar restarted, but it's still coming up. But if you go in server just turn off by manually in consol to make sure.

Î think it´s a pb problem, couse by deleting the pb folder or only the pbcl.dll file et works again until I updated pb =(

after a tweak program i only have to : Start - System Control - Computer Control

And tada i can format
