DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE YOU HAVE TO ADD A CSS CONFIG? IN WICH MAP OF CSS?

Screenshot client, external prog used in clanwars to take 'pbshots'.

I think 1.6 only though, havent seen it in CSS wars yet.

edit: and it's cs, not ET. They wont start crying if I use graphic modifications in a public server.
