He was banned 2 times one for http://www.pbbans.com/mbi.php?action=12&guid=0ca60f50 and another for http://www.pbbans.com/mbi.php?action=5&ban_id=10741
ip matched his CB account same day! I know its definately arkas and i have other stuff linked to him. maybe hes clean now if hes low on damage or maybe without hax hes really bad :)
