wierd in game lag

well my problem is this

whenever i'm playing ET i get wierd huge lagouts all the time

normally i am getting around 70 ping but every 5 - 10 min my lagometer shows a spike and then it's like a transparent big green block and my ping jumps to 500 and takes a second or 2 to go back to normal

i thought it was a ISP problem but i dont get that lag in any other game

any ideas?

yeah it's wLan

but i dont see how that afffects it...

cant run a cable cause the line is downstairs and im upstairs and i dont wanna run cable through the house

either it's the synchronisation between the wlan router and stick, or the server is taking pbss of you and needs to upload it for 1-2 seconds.

same here, ping raises to 700 every to 10 min or sth=/

I just have ping 110-200 or higher with my wLan :S before it was 80-90 (also with wLan) which was pretty playable and I didn't change any settings :S

wLan just sucks!

it is isp prob..
had that @ aol, switched to telecom, solved
edit: no its not wlan.. i tried it with cable, same prob

then any ohter shit isp...
maybe alice? then me lols alot, alice=aol network
so first informate urself about the isp before u hire it...
