Cheat or not?

Hi guys, I recorded a short demo from some player who I suspected of cheating.
Here's the demo, I would love to hear some opinions. I'd set r_shownormals to 1
while seeing the demo, and in my opinion it's obvious.

This single scene shows nothing. I think situations like this happen 3249032094 per day, although it looks a bit "suspicious".

im not good in moviemaking, but in example if u record with 250, in vegas u can have nice blur =D!

plz upload it on an other site. Im on a proxy with about 400 Computers. Everytime i want to download smth from rapidshare, an other idiot does -.-
