Crossfire wants to promote an active and safe environment for its users to interact in, these rules are a guideline as to which actions will be taken if we feel your actions are working against the interests of the site and its users.
A) CHEATING
- Rule:
Crossfire does not welcome cheaters and will double any ban length given by Clanbase, that ban will include site activity and Crossfire tournament activity be that online or off. Crossfire will on occasion bust players off our evidence and accord, this will be met with an instant 12 month ban from the site and its tournaments.
B) SPAM
- Rule:
Generally speaking, we are reasonably lenient with regards to spam. We tolerate less serious posts in the journals section, provided that the post is at least somewhat constructive. Anything provoking reasonable discussion is generally considered okay. We do not tolerate random senseless spam. A general rule of thumb is to post if you have got something reasonbably useful to add, as opposed to posting simply for the sake of posting. Posting journals with questions which can easily be answered by Google will be deleted without warning. Your journal title should also be relevant to the contents of your journal.
An example of what senseless spam includes, but is not limited to:
*If you have something to say about what you are playing or linking for the sake of creating a discussion then by all means post it. Merely posting the link, however, is discouraged.
Anything along those lines is generally considered as spam.
- Punishment:
- Posts will be deleted
- First-time offenders will be warned
- Repeat offenders will receive one-day bans
- Constant breaking of this rule will result in lengthier bans, dependant on the nature of the offence
C) LANGUAGE
- Rule:
For the most part, English is the only language allowed on Crossfire. However, other languages are permitted in the journals section, provided that the title of the journal contains the language intended to be used in the journal content.
For example:
Quote "Journal title: Bratwurst (GER)
Journal content: Ich liebe bratwurst."
This is the only situation where you are permitted to use a language other than English. You may not put a language in the title of your journal if you are not going to use it in your journal. Also, you may not put (All languages) or other such things in your journal title.

- The posting of private logs (or screenshots of private logs)
