You should:
- be at least med- skilled
- be good on comms + english speaking
- have some experience in 6v6 and know how to stick to tactics (no pubheroes)
- know what the word "fun" means ;)
- be 15 years old or older (preferably older, only S1xtus is 15 over here tbh and we regret it sometimes)
