fdnl pub

the fdnl pub seems to be having some issues, mainly the server exiting all services, still being pingable, but no ssh and stuff.
going to amsterdam this saturday to fix :<. We can reboot everytime via APC, but thats not doable

till saturday it will be down, after that it should be fixed.
