SNL Stopwatch Server

The SNL Stopwatch server in the USA is pretty much the number 1 comp style pub in the USA and I've seen the occasional skilled Euro player there too....

So we decided to open up a similiar stopwatch style server in Germany. It's fairly much a clone of the US one with a few less maps.
