he's using a public hack .

I think he played you without hacks , he'd have got kicked for it a few mins after he joined your warserver.

But look at his ex-clans , pretty skilled etc

Imo , he was just testing a hack in public , i'm "pretty sure" he didn't use it in wars and stuff ...

I'm not defending him , i'd even add "enjoy ur ban olo" :D!
