Searching ET team

My nick is Nozem, I'm an oldschool RtCW/ET player and I've been out of the scene for quite a while now.
I have to work on my skills a bit more, but hell why did they introduce Braundorf?! I'm not too good with the new maps, but please teach me.

Basically I'm searching for a mid+ clan with a relaxed attitude. I prefer jokers and Germans.. or wait..
