Seems like 2 of Air - those who search now for new teams - thought that success comes all of a sudden, at least this is what it looks like to me. They got disappointed by some downfalls and decided to leave.

There were also some tensions between those 2 squad members and the others which came out lately.

The rest of eLemenT'Air decided to stay in eLemenT.
