Need commited players

Doubt this will be of any use, but i will give it a try. My team is looking for players to become commited members that will help with matches. We are very active, currently we are particitpating in ETWIII cup. Having a mic and being ale to talk english is a must. We have two servers, a teamspeak server and an active website.
