mirc virus

today i get kicked whole time on irc because i have a virus
on my bnc i got banned for 12 houres
then i tryed just quakenet other name.
then i was in some channels i didnt said something and then banned for 12 houres again
this comes if i got banned:
You ([email protected]) are infected with a trojan (General Trojan (chan)/3), see http://trojanscan.quakenet.org/?4 for details - banned for 12 hours.
So if somebody can help me DO IT THEN !!

you need to find the bastard and destroy it and that is a hard job if you don't know anything of your computer :)
you downloaded somthing i guess.
clean your pc. if you find solution tell all of us :X (or at least tell me)
