Soundcards :O

I was wondering if anyone owns a ESI Juli, E-Mu 1212M (or any other E-Mu card), Audiophile 192, or a Audiophile 2496.

If you do, I'd love to know how they perform with ET (quality wise), and what cans you got p-:

Semi professional music oriented cards.which is the reason why i'm wondering how they go along with ET. >:-f

I think any card called audiophile will perform just fine in ET, seeing as basically any card is ok:P

ive had ESI juli@ it performed good in ET, everyone always say how bad these audiophilecards are for gaming but thats not true imo
its not like EAX and stuff like that is really usefull in gaming not that ET even supports that

hmmm.

between the Juli or a Creative X-Fi there is no argument about which card for music would sound better. But, do you think the X-Fi would sound better than the Juli in games (ET)?

i dont know if X-Fi's CMSS3D or something like that really works (doubt it), but without it i think both cards will sound almost the same in ET
