New mapcycle on tn.servers

Following the feedback of our community we decided to remove and add some new maps to our servers(82.192.78.6:27960 & 82.192.78.6:27970).

Dubrovnik and raw_castle will be replaced* by braundorf_b4, et_beach and northpole(x-mas!).

You'll be able to download maps fast from the servers. You can also get them here.
