ET.exe Error :/

Can someone help me i got a problem with my ET it crashes everytime when i want to start up my ET :/ i get the don't send screen :/
i hope someone knows the problem or had it before and solved the problem.
i tried reinstalling ET and PB but it didn't work

don't have more then that X) it's not a error in ET but i get it in Windows
This issue can be from a program that conflicts with PB. There are a few known program that cause this:
* Get Right
* DU Super Controler
* Macro Toolsworks
* Girder 3.2
* PRTG Traffic Grapher
* CyberCorder: cybrcrdr.exe
* Paessler Router Traffic Grapher: prtg4.exe
* 3dnasys.exe
* mIRCStats
Closing those programs, or any like them that contain user or kernel level debuggers should stop the problem.

but don't have anything on or installed on my PC :D + i got rights :P
I need to start it with my firewall off and when ET is loaded with all the stuffs i could turn it on again.
So for ppl that get this too maybe try to turn off your firewall start ET and then if you trust it again turn it back on ^^
