Config pls!

Goodmorning,

i bought COD4 yesterdays and am now in need of a nice config.
I'm a total noob when it comes to COD but i do know i can handle "high quality" graphics.

If there's a guide somewhere what explains the stuff in the cfg and how to execute it etc i would be grateful!

highest quality give me 4 fps, and while shooting an amazing 1 fps

i dled raz cfg from dignitas.org,works pretty well
