the blue line is what you receive, the green line what you send!

So the yellow spikes are just server lags...

No it isn´t, it basically only shows that you received valid snapshots from the server...

I updated every driver i could and it disapeared..

take a dynamite and put it on your screen ...
plant it... and then wait untill the problem
will be solved im sure its WORKS!!

use spybot s&d
get rid of pb-folder and use pbsetup.exe
deactivate lame antivir
do a speedcheck and/or monitor your bandwitch
update drivers (mainboard most importantly)

try resetting your inet connection (if you dont have adsl that is)

plug out the power to the modem for one hour and replug it. For me (Cable inet) this resets my whole connection. I once had ping 150 whereas i pinged '48' in ET normally. I somehow had a connection which went to a city 60 km away, wheras i used to have a hop like 10 km away. Somehow my it connected to the wrong hop, resetting the inet solved the problem.

I had same problem, then I put cg_lagometer "0". Now I don't see my lag and I'm happy(and laggy).
