mid cless players

if i made a team; based on a skill around mid (crossfire mid+); do you think i could get another 4 players from crossfire to make a lineup of 8? i don't know how many people would be willing to join an unknown team; and be active ;)

we'd have a 16 y/o school girl in the lineup.
