Auto-crash @ join-team

Greetings fellows,

I've formatted my Windows XP Pro for private reasons 3 weeks ago and then installed ET back, but everytime I tried to join a team (on a pb streaming server) I got that default windows window with "Send/Don't Send" error logfile.

After some messing up work, when it didn't help me out.. I formatted my pc once again, updated my windows and drivers and used all default things for ET, but still same problem... and i've noticed that i've been getting the VIOLATION (COMFAIL) #101 error after my ET crashes. I've been trying to update my pb both with pbsetup.exe and pbweb.exe & even manually - nothing seems to help... i'm still getting the same problem.

Note: non pb servers are running without any problems.
