a field op with experience and skill (med/+)
18+
mature
nice on comms
reliable
clean
available on 3 evenings a week
good in understanding and speaking english or german (!)

semi-active: lango
good medskill (guess it will be OC Div 3rd in upcoming season)

(EC = real highskill, premier=med+/high, 2nd div=med+, 3rd div = med)
It's just that most med teams think they are premiership worthy and med+ teams think they can compete in EuroCup. We are just realistic.
