Is it safe?
LC Pro:
- silent
- faster in supporting the heat away from the CPU

don't think it's worth the money tho [if you buy it to overclock]. you could spend to money to get a better component. simple that is. however, if you have a high end system, and money is not a big deal for you, take it.
Thanks anyway
shall i buy a decent air cooling?
get a Thermalright Ultra-120 (or a Cooler-Master Hyper 212 which costs way less and is also effective) for ur cpu and a Zalman VF 1000 (or vf 900 which is cheaper and not so much worse)for ur vga
i need the really best cooler i can get, i have AROUNd 100euros to spend
2) it's that cold in my room that my feet almost freeze :D i think it's just the fact that there's more contact with cold air when the side is removed...
Cooler-Master Hyper 212:
8800gt cooled with zalman vf 1000:
zalman vf 900:
TOP Combo:
Ultra 120 (Extreme?) + VF 1000 ---> 80 Euros together
MID+ Combo:
Hyper 212 + VF 900 ---> 60 Euros together
edit
but how will i get the parts? my company doesnt seem to have them (i think?)
just google around for the parts in ur mother language. i'm sure u will find them. =]
search like "hyper 212 price" etc.

for the cpu cooler, i think you only need to replace the stock cooler you've got with one of these (and you might have to remove the motherboard, but i'm not sure... a pro can do it). and you will have to put some thermal grease on the top of the cpu for better heat contact. [thermal paste is included in package, and the whole thing is not a big deal...]
for the vga: that's a bit more complicated - you have to remove the card from the computer. take off the stock cooling and clean the old thermal paste. use the termal paste from the package and hook the new cooler up + put the card back
BUT.... IT'S IMPORTANT. sometimes you will have to wait a day or smth. for the thermal paste to get fixed. if it's like a liquid it can reach other parts of the computer and break them when you turn the pc on (some pastes conduct electricity, that's why). you should take a really good care with this. so after fixing the cpu and the vga. just wait a day and check at night if the paste remained or not.
The best liquid cooling?
ur joking right?
D-Tek FuZion V2 and Thermochill PA120.3 and Liang D5 Pump and some res + 1/2 = ftw.
+ they have the best "Ready to use" kits afaik.
Innovatek isnt bad but isnt good either if you like the german style of watercooling this is better
http://www.aqua-computer.de/
http://www.alphacool.com/shop/
But the best Liquid cooling is from American brands
Like D-Tek Swiftech DangerDen and EK waterblocks is aswell rly good
This is a shop where you allmost find everything
http://www.aquatuning.de/
Buy sth like this
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835109125
a good watercooling system will set you back a shitton of money, a top of the range heatsink like the mugen or ultra120 will cost less but at the disadvantage of a louder PC
Yes.
Works great when installed correctly :)
the zalman vf 1000 can keep the radeon hd4870 load temps below 50°C.
This is my watercooled pc, custom build watercooling set.
New about 200~300 euros.
http://www.freewebs.com/rezta/edpc/wc.JPG ( messy pic just build it )
You cant see my Swiftech MCP650 pump on it because its below my DVD rom drive and on the top is my res.
Specs
Radiator: Danger Den Dual Heatercore + Fanschroud
Pump: Swiftech MCP650
CPU Block: D-Tek FuZion
NB Block: Swiftech MCW30
Hose: Tygon 1/2 3603
Reservoir: Danger Den Single Bay Reservoir
The best thing you can buy now is.
D-Tek FuZion 2 ( or the new swiftech block)
Thermochill PA120.3 radiator
Liang D5 pump or if you want a small pump another one from Liang is fine aswell
Simple res like Swiftech Micro res
And some tygon 1/2 hose is allways good.
And for graphics GPU block
Swiftech MCW60, D-Tek FuZion 2 GFX, Dangerden Maze 5 are all fine.
