sound problems

hey u guys! my inets working again and i installed already ET, but my sounds are crappy in et, they are like shhhdgggrrrr if u no what i mean :O maybe its coz of my friend's cfg im using i dno, too high sound settings for my pc?

I dont know, but i bet someone does, so plsss someone help me! :))
