dvd to hard disk

how can i copy/burn or whatever it is called a dvd(with the menu etc.) to my hard disk?

Make an image file with whatever program your using

"Save image to Hard Drive"

the friend im asking this for only has nero...and he tried some image thingie with it, but it didnt work...dno if it was tried the right way tho, so should it work with nero or what should we dl?
