b_popupstaytime 0 for the popuptext (e: will still show up but for 0.0001ms, b_numpopups 0 was the right one)

Google » Search "Cvar list" » Search "Killed by" .. and found!

cg_descriptiveText - Toggles the display of “you killed xxxx" ? Doesnt work if so
