about that MOUSE topic

got a few questions.
1. i gota razer db. how can i change the DPI to 400?
2.im planning to buy a new mousepad and mouse, mouse probably the ms-intelli3.0v2 and pad. dunno
3. i have got a flat screen atm, is it better to sell it and buy a cheaper crt again? :p

thaaaaaanks in advance for _serious_ answers :p (i know most will answer in a childish way still but whatever)

tft -> much sharper in native resolution than crt
-> needs less space
-> looks better
-> reaction problems are non-existant, even if some ppl say so

atm i got it on the 6th notch, and in razer settings i got the 3rd
so does it mean..

in razer settings the sensitivty doesnt change DPI but in windows sensitvity it does?

if so, if i would change it in windows from 6th to 3rd, i could change it in razer from 3rd to 6th = 400dpi and same sensitvity? :P(i wanna keep my exact sensitvity ^^)
