accelfix a Trojan ?

I use a Old accelfix from 2006 and my AVG say on all Scans Trojan:Generic10.PVR -.- and that suxx. anyone where can i get a new Version without this Trojan shit ..

yeah theres one thats 8kb in size thats the only one with a trojan ive seen so far.
